Do I need an appointment?
Not for oil changes, flat repairs, or tire rotations; those are first come, first served. For brakes, diagnostics, and A/C, request a quote or call so we can reserve a bay and order parts ahead.
Do you work on my kind of vehicle?
Domestic, Asian, and most European cars, trucks, and SUVs up to one-ton. We do not service diesel pickups over one-ton, motorcycles, or RVs.
Will you use the parts I bring?
We can install customer-supplied parts for labor only, but we cannot warranty the part or the labor on it. For most jobs our pricing with parts included comes out close to the same.
How does the warranty work?
24 months or 24,000 miles on parts and labor for repairs we perform. If you are traveling, the warranty is honored at partner shops nationwide; call us first and we handle the paperwork.
Can I wait while you work on it?
Yes. The waiting room has Wi-Fi, coffee, and a kids' corner. For anything over two hours we recommend the free shuttle or a loaner.
